Maei Elizabeth Thomas (MET) is a native San Franciscan who grew up in the Haight Ashbury District, and roamed the colorful neighborhoods of the City, attending Catholic School during the week, and the School of Peace and Love on the weekends.

Beginning in 2002, Maei founded and began to curate and produce an annual arts event called the Girlstock Art & Music Festival (GAMF). To date over 100 artists from a wide range of artistic mediums have been showcased in the San Francisco Bay Area via GAMF.

A lifelong lover of all forms of creativity with a particular fondness for images in all mediums, and all genres of music (yes, even Zamfir), Maei is currently studying digital photography and is available for event and portraiture projects.
